What are FCA short disclosures?

UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) requires institutional investors to publicly disclose their net short positions in listed issuers once those positions reach or exceed 0.5% of issued share capital. Each disclosure names the position holder, the target company (by name and ISIN), the size of the position, and the date.

How Bollwerk AI tracks the data

We ingest FCA disclosures daily and reconstruct the full history of every disclosed short position, so you can see who is building into a name, who is covering, and when positions crossed or fell below the disclosure threshold.
