Every live net short position disclosed by hedge funds and asset managers under UK FCA and German BaFin rules, combined. Positions are publicly disclosed once they reach 0.5% of issued share capital.
UK FCA and German BaFin (Bundesanzeiger) requires institutional investors to publicly disclose their net short positions in listed issuers once those positions reach or exceed 0.5% of issued share capital. Each disclosure names the position holder, the target company (by name and ISIN), the size of the position, and the date.
We ingest FCA + BaFin disclosures daily and reconstruct the full history of every disclosed short position, so you can see who is building into a name, who is covering, and when positions crossed or fell below the disclosure threshold.
